Life
Life is simple and serine but it is the constant thought of loss that makes us doubt and stumble. I realize as i type this entry that i should no longer regret anything i have done or failed to do, because in the end it is not the amount of things you have but the content of your character that will be judged. There will always be those who are shallow and say "This person did not succeed in what he did". Well it does not matter what he did or did not do, what does matter is whether he did it honestly or dishonestly.
Upon this notion i have reached an epiphany in learning that all that i do is not important but the intentions that i had while doing them. Yes you can be arrested, and jailed for killing a person, but if you did not intentionally kill that man and feel remorse for your actions no matter what anyone does you are an innocent man. It matters not what you say (although it may be interpreted another way) because if the person you are conversing with is truely and honestly your friend he/she will give that extra chance to explain what you said. It is otherwise not worth your time and effort to maintain a false friendship that upon any incidental insult will fall apart.
Neither a friendship or relationship are a one-sided conversation. It takes two to be friends and two caring people to have a relationship.
The truth might hurt...
